Tax Manager | $100,000 | Monday – Friday / Direct Hire What Matters Most Competitive Pay of $100,000 with flexibility depending on experience Schedule: Monday – Friday, OT based on client workload Location: Council Bluffs, IA On-site This position focuses on delivering high-quality client service through tax preparation, planning, and financial engagements while building strong client relationships and managing multiple projects. The ideal candidate is a self-disciplined, detail-oriented professional who is proactive, communicative, and committed to continual learning and staff mentorship. In addition to client services, the role involves business development, leadership responsibilities, and contributing to firm-wide initiatives and innovations.
