Tax Manager

XEL Advisors | Salem, OR | Full-Time | On-site XEL Advisors is a growing accounting and tax firm serving small to mid-sized businesses and is hiring a Tax Manager as part of continued firm expansion. This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced tax professional seeking stability, leadership growth, and direct access to ownership.

What You’ll Do Prepare and review individual, partnership, corporate, non-profit, estate, and trust returns Serve as the primary point of contact for clients Provide proactive tax planning and savings strategies Stay current on tax law and regulatory changes

What We’re Looking For 5+ years of tax preparation experience Active CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Licensed Tax Consultant Experience with UltraTax CS Strong client-facing communication skills
