Job Details
* Prepare and review complex tax returns (706, 709, 1041, 541) * Manage trust funding and allocations * Advise attorneys and fiduciaries on estate/trust tax planning * Support audits and respond to IRS/state tax inquiries * Ensure ongoing tax compliance and deadlines are met
Looking For:
* Be CA Based * Active CPA License * 3+ years of experience in trust and estate taxation * Extensive experience preparing fiduciary and estate/gift tax returns (Forms 706, 709, 1041, and 541) * Proficient in fiduciary accounting and trust funding
