Description: The Talent Acquisition Manager at Kilcoy Global Foods North America (KGF NA) plays a critical role in building high-performing teams by leading and executing end-to-end recruitment strategies across both salaried and hourly roles. This individual will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, department leaders, and external partners to attract, assess, and hire top talent in alignment with the company’s growth objectives and values.
This role requires a hands-on, proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional candidate experiences while supporting workforce planning for food manufacturing and corporate functions.
Role and Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment
Manage full life cycle recruiting for salaried and hourly roles across manufacturing, operations, commercial, corporate, and support functions.
Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to define roles, key competencies, and search strategies.
Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates using a variety of tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals)
Strategic Talent Planning
Partner with HR and business leaders to develop workforce plans aligned with organizational needs.
Lead recruitment strategies to proactively fill talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Provide market intelligence and compensation benchmarks to support hiring decisions.
Candidate Experience and Employer Branding
Champion a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
Support employer brand initiatives, including social media campaigns, career site content, and community outreach.
Represent KGFNA at career fairs, industry events, and local job expos.
Reporting and Compliance
Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
Ensure recruitment practices comply with OFCCP/EEO guidelines and company policies.
Report on key metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and source of hire.
Process Optimization and Technology
Continuously evaluate recruitment processes and tools for efficiency and scalability.
Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements and TA programs.
Collaborate on the integration of new HRIS/ATS systems and ensure proper training for hiring managers.
Requirements: Preferred Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, including high-volume manufacturing and professional/salaried roles.
Strong sourcing skills using Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence and build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Preferred experience in the food manufacturing, CPG, or distribution industry.
Prior experience supporting union and non-union environments preferred.
Preferred proficiency with HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse).
Familiarity with employer branding and social recruiting strategies preferred.

The work environment alternates between a cold production setting with concrete floors and an office. This position requires the team member to:
Sit for an extended period of time at a computer.
Stand and walk through the production floor and endure cold temperatures (38 degrees)
