Kforce has a client that is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist Senior with DOT experience for a remote role in Columbus, OH.Summary:The Talent Acquisition Specialist Senior is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting, screening, and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external). With this role's greater level of experience, the Talent Acquisition Specialist Senior can manage technical and non-technical exempt professional positions and management positions and other related responsibilities as assigned.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred; Or equivalent years of experience Five years of corporate experience in recruitment and placement of applicants in professional and management level exempt positions including 3 years of knowledge and experience working with electronic applicant systems and internet recruiting sources DOT experience Business acumen Global and Cultural Awareness Relationship Management Consulting/coaching Strong verbal and written communication skills This position requires the ability to work independently with minimal guidance Valid driver's license

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
