In this vital role, you will ensure that recruitment processes and procedures run smoothly, providing critical support that enables our TA Business Partners and hiring managers to operate efficiently in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience by ensuring timely, transparent, and respectful communication throughout the recruitment process, while representing the organization’s brand and values with professionalism. Oversee the full-cycle pre-employment and onboarding process, including coordinating background checks, collecting and verifying I-9 documentation, maintaining consistent communication with candidates, and ensuring timely follow-ups to facilitate a seamless transition into the organization. Conduct in-person weekly new hire orientation sessions to provide a comprehensive introduction to company policies, culture, and resources, facilitating a smooth and engaging onboarding experience Support recruitment activities by posting job openings on the company’s website, formatting job descriptions, managing candidate dispositions in the ATS, and ensuring all materials align with company branding and hiring standards. Exhibit a strong sense of urgency and accountability in daily tasks, recognizing the direct impact of timely execution on company growth and success." Manage talent acquisition department administrative tasks, including creating new hire folders, handling Microsoft recruiting emails, and organizing the Recruiter SharePoint folders to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Prepare and analyze reports on new hire metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire, to support data-driven decision-making in recruitment strategies. Act as a key ambassador of the TA team, building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners while promoting operational best practices and ensuring consistent, high-quality candidate experience. Identify gaps and inefficiencies within the recruitment process and proactively recommend and implement actionable solutions to improve overall hiring effectiveness and candidate experience. Perform other duties as assigned or deemed necessary and appropriate to support the goals and operations of the Talent Acquisition team. Qualifications: High school diploma required; college degree or relevant certification preferred 2–4 years of experience in recruitment support or a related HR function Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment General understanding of recruitment workflows and experience navigating within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
