Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Administrator to join their infrastructure team, providing comprehensive support for servers, storage, cloud configuration, security, and virtualization systems. This role will serve as a key point person for server infrastructure while actively participating in help desk response and technology projects to support 24/7/365 operations.

Responsibilities: • Monitor and respond to Infrastructure Help Desk requests with prompt resolution • Provide daily monitoring and management of Active Directory, Office 365 Administration, and server resources • Support server/storage deployment, management, and repair across enterprise environments • Monitor and respond to all infrastructure, server, cloud, and storage incidents and health alerts • Daily monitoring and management of system images, backups, security protocols, and front office applications • Operate and maintain cloud and virtual environments for storage and VM management • Deploy key new infrastructure and end-user products for daily employee operations and security enhancement • Utilize available tools and technology to provide high level of availability across all systems • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to implement, repair, and maintain projects, systems, and critical infrastructure • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems and processes • Provide reasonable availability during off-hours to support 24/7/365 operations • Support extended footprint operations including team stores, training facilities, and remote locations • Seek opportunities to implement new technologies to improve department efficiency and effectiveness
Key Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field required (relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education) • Minimum three (3) years' work experience, with at least one (1) year in lead or high-level technical capacity • Proficiency with Windows 10 & 11, Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, 2022, and MacOS Sonoma/Sequoia • Experience with Windows Server Roles/Features including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, Cluster Management, iSCSI, IIS, FTP • Knowledge of hardware systems including HP Servers, HP Storage, QNAP NAS, Lenovo laptops, and HP Printers • Proficiency with software platforms including Teams, Microsoft Office, SQL, OneDrive, 1Password, Veeam • Experience with management/monitoring tools such as VMware VCenter, Proxmox VE, vRealize • Knowledge of cloud services including Office 365, Okta, Azure, AWS, GCP, Exchange Online • Familiarity with monitoring/security tools such as SumoLogic, Darktrace, Rapid 7, Abnormal, EXpell, Kandji • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and troubleshoot system components • Willingness to learn new skills and technologies in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to stand for long periods, walk long distances, and lift/move up to 50 pounds • CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft certifications preferred but not required • Experience in event industry environments preferred but not required
Estimated Compensation Range: $40.00-$45.00 per hour. This range represents the estimated low end and high end of the compensation range for this position. *All experience levels considered.*
