What are the core responsibilities for the role? Assist in digging and trenching for construction or landscaping tasks
Hike and transport materials to and from remote or uneven job sites
Mix, pour, and spread concrete as directed by supervisors
Load, unload, and carry equipment, tools, and materials
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all safety protocols and instructions on-site
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies: Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
Ability to hike long distances over uneven terrain while carrying equipment
Basic knowledge of mixing and working with concrete (training can be provided)
Willingness to work outdoors and follow directions
Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
