Job Summary and Qualifications The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is responsible for ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and overseeing all functions in the unit during your shift. Collaborating with the management team, you will direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care according to established policies and procedures, serving as a resource for staff and upholding the organization’s values. Key Responsibilities: Assist with admission and discharge processes to optimize patient flow and care quality. Contribute to the assessment and improvement of patient care services in collaboration with the management team. Foster a teamwork environment that enhances patient outcomes and service quality. Engage in service recovery and support initiatives aimed at improving employee and patient engagement. Provide input on staff training and development, discipline, and performance evaluations. Manage staff scheduling and ensure alignment with patient care needs. Assist in inventory control and management of supplies and equipment. Qualifications: Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Current RN license in the state of practice or active compact license.
