As a Support Engineer , you'll provide top-tier technical support to customers and internal staff, primarily via phone and email. Your ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues across multiple platforms, systems, and environments will be key in ensuring our clients receive the excellent service they deserve. Whether you're consulting on specifications, supporting our BMS Cloud Hosting systems, or documenting fixes for future use, your expertise in technical support will drive client success and satisfaction. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and offers a competitive salary range of $40,000-$55,000 per year . In addition to your sharp technical mind, we're looking for someone who brings strong communication skills, professionalism, and a friendly, people-first attitude. You'll regularly collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and quality technical support for our local government (city, school, county, and utility) clients. Your day-to-day as a Support Engineer will include analyzing system requirements, assisting with cloud setup and configuration, troubleshooting network and software issues, and delivering step-by-step solutions in a clear, helpful way. You'll use critical thinking and discretion to navigate complex challenges and will contribute to support documentation to help both clients and team members succeed.
