Supply Chain & Operations Manager, Wellness Products

Opportunity

The Supply Chain & Operations Manager – Wellness Products will Lead the end-to-end supply chain for a growing wellness-focused business, covering sourcing, transportation, warehousing, logistics, and distribution. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution to meet growth, service, and cost goals.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement supply chain strategies in collaboration with leadership.

Oversee network optimization (warehousing, transportation, inventory, and suppliers).

Partner with New Product Development teams on sourcing strategies and integrating new SKUs.

Manage supply/demand planning and warehouse capacity, supporting S&OP functions.

Identify and mitigate risks through contingency planning and real-time monitoring.

Track KPIs for suppliers, inventory, service, and delivery.

Build business cases for new supply chain resources; hire and develop high-performing teams.

Work with 3PLs, suppliers, and customers to ensure operational excellence.

Understand and influence supply chain cost drivers and forecast impacts.

Skills/Requirements

10+ years of supply chain experience required; Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field a plus.

Proven project leadership and strong business acumen in retail, wholesale, or e-commerce.

Data-driven decision making with financial and analytical expertise.

Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies; SAP/SNP experience preferred.

Advanced degree (MBA) and supply chain certifications (APICS, CSCMP) preferred.

The salary range for this position is $102,500 - $130,550. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
