SUPERVISORY SENIOR ATTORNEY - REAL ESTATE AND LAND USE TEAM

General Description

The role will handle a variety of planning, land use and zoning matters involving real estate and related legislation. Experience with land-use, real estate development agreements, purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, easements and construction contracts is preferred. The Supervisory Senior Attorney will support city boards and commissionsrelating to planning, land use and zoning matters as assigned. Applicants should have experience managing paralegals and/or administrative staff. The Attorney will have extensive contact with City Council, multiple city departments and the governing bodies of several other municipalities.Applicants should demonstrate superior writing and communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills are also required.Applicants with prior experience representing a municipality, other governmental/quasi-governmental entity are encouraged to apply.
