This role offers the opportunity to manage fast-paced interior renovation and fit-out projects for corporate, retail, and institutional clients across Manhattan. As Superintendent, you'll oversee site coordination, subcontractor supervision, safety compliance, and timely delivery of projects ranging from $500K to $20M. Oversee day-to-day site operations and supervise all trades
Coordinate with PMs, subcontractors, and building management
Maintain project schedule, sequencing, and quality standards
Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct daily toolbox talks
Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and inspections
Track progress and maintain accurate daily reports
Ensure conformance with architectural and MEP plans
Conduct final walkthroughs and lead punch list closeout
Profile
5-10 years of Superintendent experience with NYC commercial interiors
Deep knowledge of interior systems, finishes, and fast-track delivery
Comfortable working in occupied spaces and Class A buildings
OSHA 30 certified; SST and DOB Site Safety requirements met
Experience managing union and non-union labor
Strong communicator with the ability to manage client expectations
Familiar with Procore or similar construction software
NYC-based with a strong local subcontractor network
