As a substitute paraprofessional, you'll play a key role in fostering student development and promoting their academic and personal growth. Your responsibilities will be dynamic and rewarding, ensuring that every student receives the support they need to thrive. Key Responsibilities: Deliver instructional support to individual students or small groups Assist classroom teachers in managing and supervising students Help set up classroom materials and equipment Supervise students during lunch, recess, and other school activities Attend to students' academic, physical, and emotional needs Support students with special needs by implementing IEPs and 504 Plans Complete additional tasks as directed by the teacher and administration Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Strong English skills in speaking, reading, and writing Compensation: $13-$22 per hour
