Substitute Campus Security Aide The Baldwin Park Unified School District is recruiting Substitute Campus Security Aide. Under the supervision of the site administrator, to promote positive student behavior, patrol school sites and adjacent areas, to enforce school and District rules, regulations, and policies for the safety and security of students, staff, and property. For a full description of the classification, please review the job description. The selection process tentatively consists of the District application review, and interviews. The Human Resources Department will contact all applicants once the selection process has been finalized. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school. Training or course work in crowd control, behavior modification techniques, or closely related field desired. One year experience working with targeted age students performing supervision and/or other appropriate related work experience desired. Campus Security Aide training as required by Education Code Section 38001.5.can be provided by the District Police Department. REQUIRED LICENSES AND/OR CERTIFICATES: Possession of a valid and appropriate California Driver's License and maintain insurability by District's insurance carrier. Must obtain and provide the District with 1) a Standard First Aid Certificate and 2) a C.P.R. Certificate, and 3) certification of completion of Campus Security Aide training as required by Education Code 38001.5. These certificates are to be maintained throughout employment with the District.
