Objective The Store Manager acts as a business owner, leading and managing all aspects of the store's operations. They are responsible for creating a positive, productive environment aligned with the company's mission, achieving sales and profitability goals, and developing a high-performing team. Business Leadership Develop and execute retail strategies Understand local market and competitors Monitor industry trends and KPIs to support business growth Lead team with company tools and incentives to meet sales targets People Leadership Ensure team embodies Alo's mission and principles Foster growth, accountability, and inclusivity through development and coaching Conduct talent analysis and career planning to retain top talent Develop internal and external talent pipelines Operations Leadership Oversee Sales, Service, Operations, and Visual teams Ensure adherence to operational and visual standards Maintain a safe and efficient work environment Create schedules that support business results Flow Experience Leadership Collaborate with cross-functional partners Create a culture aligned with our mission Balance business needs with brand culture Implement effective communication strategies Qualifications 5+ years retail or related leadership experience Proficiency in MS Office Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Motivated by fast-paced, innovative environments Strong work ethic, time management, and accountability Embodies Alo’s Principles Entrepreneurial mindset Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks Schedule & Availability Full-time employees should have open availability, including peak days, weekends, and during the holiday season from Thanksgiving through early January.
