What You'll Do:

Manage daily accounting functions: A/P, A/R, journal entries, bank reconciliations
Assist with month-end and year-end close
Prepare internal financial reports for leadership and grant funders
Support audit prep and grant compliance tracking
Collaborate with program managers and leadership to ensure budget alignment

What You Bring:

2+ years of accounting experience, nonprofit or fund accounting a plus
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Blackbaud, or similar)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
A mission-minded attitude and a desire to support meaningful work
