Research, develop, and execute effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract top-tier, diverse talent for professional and management-level roles across the HomeServices of America enterprise. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience and to help drive efficient and strategic hiring initiatives across the organization.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)
Full Cycle Recruiting (90-95%) Partner with hiring managers across multiple companies to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Source, engage, and recruit both active and passive candidates using a variety of tools including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Conduct pre-screens, interviews, reference checks, and manage the offer process to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Provide expert guidance to hiring managers on interviewing techniques, selection best practices, and market trends. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies. Maintain accurate and timely data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and Human Resource Information System (HRIS) platforms. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by building diverse candidate pipelines and fostering inclusive hiring practices. Represent HomeServices of America at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
Strategic Talent Support (5-10%) Serve as a dedicated recruitment partner to companies within the HomeServices of America family, building strong relationships and understanding their unique cultures and hiring needs. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to forecast talent needs and proactively build pipelines for critical roles. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting function. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and help position HomeServices of America as an employer of choice. Stay informed on industry trends, labor market dynamics, and innovative sourcing techniques.

Demonstrate the behavioral and technical competencies necessary to effectively complete job responsibilities. Take personal initiative for technical and professional development. Follow the company HR Policy, the Code of Business Conduct and all subsidiary and department policies and procedures, including protecting confidential company information, attending work punctually and regularly, and following good safety practices in all activities. Qualifications
Education: Associate degree or equivalent work experience and knowledge, Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: 7+ years of managing full-cycle recruiting, including professional and management-level roles. 7+ years broader HR experience preferred. Knowledge and Skills: Solid knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing tools and techniques, and employer branding best practices. Working knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws as it relates to recruitment to ensure employment actions and programs are in compliance. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (UKG Recruiting preferred). Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and customer service skills. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently and expeditiously. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision making. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices. Other (licenses, certifications, schedule flexibility/OT, travel, etc.): PHR certification preferred. Flexibility for occasional after-hours interviews as needed to best meet candidate needs.
Wage: $90,000 - $108,000 annually; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Potential for annual discretionary bonus.
