How you will make an impact
You will be a crucial member of our global sales team, supporting the achievement of targeted growth and successful customer engagement. This role is multifaceted, requiring a broad spectrum of operational support, analysis and reporting and organizational skills to maximize the effectiveness of our sales team and improve our sales operation processes. We are looking for a customer-focused professional, who is a self-starter, with a strong ability to collaborate with differing teams within the business, and work independently when required.
You will partner with the Sr Mgr Revenue Operations to build the operational and analytical foundations for the sales team. You will recommend action plans based on the quantitative analysis and assessment of all sales operational reporting with the goal of improving customer experience and operational efficiency.
One of the exciting challenges will be that our sales team is based all over the globe and you’ll need to be the glue that brings them together!
What you will be doing
Managing HubSpot CRM and Sales Hub for a global sales team, monitoring and enforcing deal management practices, data accuracy and quality, and effective CRM setup
Developing and delivering trainings to the Sales team on how to better utilize HubSpot, highlighting time savings and how best practices can help us reach our revenue goals
Collect, consolidate and generate weekly sales forecasts (month and quarter focus) and roll up each week’s numbers to Sales Management.
Ensuring sales forecasts are accurate and up to date, reporting on weekly / monthly sales metrics – proactively taking responsibility to ensure all the team are regularly updating their sales figures, pipeline and sales forecasts.
Track and analyze key metrics – pipeline growth, quota attainment
Implement and manage reports and dashboards in HubSpot CRM, ensuring sales reps and leaders have access to key data required to successfully manage the business.
Work with Chief Revenue Officer to model and iterate on the sales compensation plan
Responsible for accurate processing of commissions and oversee reporting and administration for the global sales team
Proactively analyzes win-loss data and reports on key findings to sales leadership.
Creation and management of agendas of weekly sales calls and quarterly sales meetings, meeting notes and action points through to follow-up with all parties involved, ensuring outcomes are delivered in a timely fashion.
Providing support to the C-suite and the sales team in the preparation and management of presentation decks and documentation for customers. Helping to ensure the team are working to defined sales account plans consistently and effectively.
Help build out the Sales prospecting processes by partnering across the Sales and Marketing teams to determine best fit targets, joint outreach approaches, and efficient handoff processes.
Think critically about HubSpot CRM architecture and tooling, serving as an operational partner to the sales team in their day-to-day experience with our revenue tools.
Build strong relationships with sales team members, putting their operational needs and daily experience at the forefront of revenue optimization projects
There will be opportunities for additional responsibilities and projects to work on with the team as you grow within the role.
Required Skills & Abilities
A strong interest in sales strategy execution, data analysis, and sales analytics using HubSpot.
Prior demonstrated experience managing users and data in HubSpot CRM and Sales Hub Professional (including Dashboards, Custom Reports, Prospecting Workspaces, Workflows, Lists, Deals, and Tasks).
Skilled in KPI reporting, operations management, and developing dashboards/scorecards in HubSpot for senior leadership insights.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) for data management
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly present complex data to senior leaders and produce high-quality written reports.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong capability to navigate ambiguity effectively.
