Your Key Responsibilities: Land Division & Survey Oversight Lead the preparation and QA/QC of surveys, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards
Collaborate with civil, planning, and landscape project managers to guide design-related survey efforts
Coordinate project timelines, applications, agency communications, and task management
Draft surveys and perform complex calculations (lot dimensions, boundaries, volumes, etc.)
Research public records for boundary verification and easement information
Prepare legal descriptions, flood elevation certificates, and technical specifications
Construction Surveying Oversee construction layout prep including point computation and surface modeling in Civil 3D
Manage construction survey schedules, deliverables, budgets, and field crew direction
Troubleshoot site challenges with innovative solutions and reliable data collection
Provide leadership and mentorship to technical staff, ensuring top-tier performance
