Folder Organization: Organize folders and verify the usage of devices.
Procedure Development: Develop and implement procedures and processes for Electric Operations (EO) using the Management of Change (MOC) Procedure.
Lone Worker Program: Clean up the Lone Worker Program for Garmin, which was rolled out last year, to better suit Electric Operations.
EO Safety Strategy: Update the EO Safety Strategy from the 2024 three-year plan, incorporating PSEMS, Safety Culture, and Human Performance.
Analytical and Critical Thinking: Utilize strong analytical and critical thinking skills to update the safety strategy for 8,000 people and make it comprehensible to the organization.
PSEMS Support: Support their PSEMS assessments, gap closures, and preparation for the Peer Review in October. Close the current gaps and ramp up support for the PSEMS implementation.

Process Improvement Experience
Ability to make current programs and projects more efficient
Procedure Development and Gap Analysis
Pluses: Safety Experience or Utilities background
