What we’re looking for: As the Sr. Manager, Revenue Training, you will be pivotal in driving the success of the Revenue organization. You will be the single point owner for the Revenue Training Strategy, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive programs that empower our Sales and Services teams to achieve peak performance. With a data-driven mindset, you will continuously analyze training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. You will foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence, ensuring our teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills to thrive. Your Impact Oversee the development and implementation of training programs for Revenue teams. Design, implement, and manage effective onboarding programs that accelerate the ramp-up and success of new team members. Develop and manage effective professional development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of existing revenue teams. Serve as the primary point of contact for revenue teams interested in pursuing third-party certifications, providing guidance and support throughout the process. Drive outcomes through clear communication and data-driven decisions. Own and drive the overall Revenue Training Strategy, aligning it with business objectives and Revenue targets. Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities to share applicable training and development programs across departments, fostering a culture of shared learning. Proactively communicate training plans, progress, and results to key stakeholders across the organization. Work closely with Revenue Operations to build dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into training effectiveness and ROI. Cultivate an environment of support, teamwork, and celebration of successes. Inspire a culture of excellence by staying up-to-date of the latest training best practices and methodologies, ensuring our programs are innovative and impactful. Lead and retain a team of highly engaged and effective team members through regular check-ins, goal-setting conversations, and professional growth opportunities.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required Sales methodology training experience preferred Rise Articulate experience preferred Ability to travel 10-20% to office Hubs
Must have: 10+ years of experience at a SaaS company, ideally in a training function 5+ years running a sales training program 5+ years of experience in people leadership Compensation & Benefits The base salary that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $152,000-$190,000. The actual base salary/hourly wage for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.  Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
