We are looking for a Sr. Analyst / Analyst, HR Operations - Core HR to join their team! The Sr. Analyst / Analyst, HR Operations - Core HR will report to the Director, HR Operations - Core HR and will be responsible for reviewing workflow requests and inputting organizational level and employee personal data information into the HR database. The Sr. Analyst / Analyst will help support all areas of Employee Data Processing and be responsible for completing the assigned transaction workloads while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintaining data integrity. The Sr. Analyst / Analyst, HR Operations also has the responsibility to communicate and interact with other departments to research and resolve issues that may arise from transaction processing.

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the Englewood Cliffs, NJ office a minimum of three days per week.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Salary range: $65,000 - $80,000.
