Direct Client Requirement Position: Full Stack Developer (Technical Lead) Location: Los Alamitos, CA (Hybrid- 3 days onsite) Type: Full Time/Permanent We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in the latest MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular 17-19, Node.js) and strong AWS experience. The ideal candidate is not just a coder but a tech lead who understands and drives software quality, agility, best practices, architecture & design, and proactive communication in software development. Position Details Key Expectations We are looking for a senior-level engineer who: Ensures Quality : Drives clean, maintainable, and scalable code using best practices, automated testing, and peer reviews. Thinks Architecture & Design First : Understands scalability, modular design, microservices, and system performance considerations. Embraces Agility: Experienced in Agile/Scrum environments with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and iterative development. Leads with Proactive Communication : Keeps stakeholders informed, collaborates effectively, and takes ownership of deliverables. Champions Best Practices : Follows and enforces coding standards, version control workflows (Git), and deployment strategies. Open to learn and work on any new technology or project Required Technical Skills Frontend : Expert in Angular (17, 18, 19) with deep knowledge of state management, component architecture, and performance optimization. Backend : Strong experience with Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs, and Microservices. Database : Proficiency in MongoDB and experience designing efficient, scalable database schemas. Cloud & DevOps : Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, etc.). Development Workflow : Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, unit & integration testing, and Git workflows.
