What You'll Do Lead Phase 3 and other global clinical programs Partner with research, medical affairs, and commercial on portfolio strategy Design innovative clinical studies and oversee flawless execution Mentor, inspire, and elevate team performance Drive publications, data generation, and regulatory submissions What You Bring MD (or ex-US equivalent) with board certification/eligibility in dermatology, immunology, or related area 5+ years' drug development experience, including medical monitoring and data review Strong leadership in cross-functional, matrixed environments Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
