JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Specialty Lens Logistics Team provides support to our GP/Specialty Lens customers, sales team, consultants and Specialty CSRs.
Essential Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned. Receive all daily shipments from Outside vendors Verify contents of shipments against POs for accuracy and price Update each Focal Point order and prepare for shipping Invoice all receivables and ship Receive daily account returns for credit review, modification and / or investigation Manage all trial fit set orders, invoice and ship Review all warranty returns and issue appropriate credit in a timely manner (within 5 working days of receipt). Prepare return forms for each vendor when requesting credit for warranty exchanges, defective returns or patient non adapt weekly. Review return to determine need for investigation claims. Fill out the investigation form and forward it to Sr. Mgr. of KC facility or Production Supervisor to initiate investigation. Based on results of investigation, records notes on Focal Points order and issue appropriate credit when called for. Returning product to customer when appropriate or requested. Develop and maintain open communication with customers, Specialty Vision Team members and sales team to achieve maximum levels of customer satisfaction Consult with management to be informed of a correct course of action to resolve customer warranty issues. Answer all incoming calls and email inquiries regarding warranty returns /claims. Complete invoice adjustment forms for credit and rebills with vendors. Obtain status updates, expediting and tracking information and report back to the CSR in a timely manner, so that they can reach out and update accounts. Provide management with information regarding returns that are reoccurring or that may require further investigation. Complete scanning of invoices daily for OSV lenses Complete daily reporting for OSV receiving and ordering Maintain a clean work environment Adhere to all company policies and procedures QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Must have strong communication skills (English written, English reading, and English verbal); Must have keen eye for details Must have demonstrated excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities. Must be capable of sourcing answers/solutions from a variety of available resources. Must have strong interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to work on complex tasks, with little or no direct supervision; Must have a strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills. Must have a positive attitude and pleasant demeanor with strong customer service skills. Must be capable of working independently and within a team environment. Must have exemplary time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced and high demand environment; Desired Qualifications Prior warehouse receiving experience is preferred Prior customer service experience is preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS :
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, bend, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds (safety/weight belt provided, if requested). Specific vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus is required.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $20.00/hour
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan.
