We’re seeking a passionate, strategic, and trauma-informed leader to serve as our Specialized Services & Strategic Partnerships Coordinator, a key role advancing our response to Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Youth (CSEY). This role bridges direct service, systems strategy, and community partnership—empowering healing and resilience for youth who’ve experienced exploitation. What a Day in the Life of a Specialized Services and Strategic Partnerships Coordinator looks Like: Lead agency-wide CSEY strategies and staff training rooted in trauma-informed best practices. Collaborate with treatment teams to develop individualized care plans for youth with CSEY experiences. Engage caregivers through assessments and co-facilitate educational series to build protective capacity. Strengthen cross-sector partnerships with law enforcement, child welfare, and advocacy groups. Convene community advisory groups and deliver public education sessions to raise awareness of CSEY. Design and launch a specialized mentoring program that connects youth with trained mentors. Guide teams in leveraging community resources to support youth transition and healing. Represent Lad Lake in coalitions, forums, and policy conversations to elevate CSEY leadership. Support development efforts through grant content, partnership-building, and program expansion. Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a high-accountability, growth-oriented culture. What You Bring to the Table: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Public Health, or related field Minimum 3 years' experience working with youth impacted by or at risk of CSEY Proven ability to build community partnerships and lead family-focused programming Deep understanding of trauma-informed care and CSEY prevention Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills Lived experience expertise welcomed and valued Proficiency in MS Office, electronic health records and data-driven program improvement. Physical ability to engage actively with youth and, in rare cases, intervene to ensure safety (lifting up to 30 lbs).
