What You'll Do Coordinate Special Projects: Manage initiatives like business outreach, certification renewals, and grant opportunities. Conduct Research & Analysis: Support new programs with research, data analysis, and policy recommendations. Engage the Community: Collaborate with residents, civic leaders, and serve as liaison to the Arts, Culture, and Entertainment committee. Support City Leadership: Assist with cross-departmental projects and identify ways to improve City operations. Skills You'll Need Strong project management and organizational skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability Excellent written and verbal communication Comfortable working across teams and with the public Flexible and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment Experience in community engagement and outreach Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines What You Bring/Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred) 2+ years of experience in local government (5+ preferred) Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
