• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Valid Arizona Special Education Certification (per AZ DOE requirements)

• Arizona Teaching License

• Relevant specialization (e.g., Early Childhood, Cross Categorical)

• Experience with IEPs, classroom management, and supporting K–12 students

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

• Collaborate with families, staff, and therapists

• Monitor student progress and provide quarterly updates

• Maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment

• Attend and participate in IEP and school meetings
