PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE SALES SPECIALIST: Manages an existing sustained customer base with a minimum sustained territory size of $5 million up to $15 million. Territory will include transactional and strategic accounts. Outside sales rep in the geographic territory of Northern IL, Northern OH and Michigan. Generates a minimum of 15% new profitable sales each fiscal year. Spends up to 50% of time focusing on growth through new & existing customers via new and existing products. Manages time and territory in conjunction with manager on a bi-weekly basis. Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned. REQUIRED FOR THE SALES SPECIALIST: Four-year college degree, preferably in Marketing or a related discipline. High School Diploma required. 3-5 years of sales/relationship management experience.
