Job Summary
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Hollywood, FL is looking for a dynamic, personable manager who can lead a team and oversee day-to-day operations of a busy spa. This person will be a mentor and inspiration to our entire staff by maintaining high performance standards, leading by example, providing superior customer service, and setting and reaching sales goals for the individuals and the team.

Job Description
Our Spa Director/Spa Manager serves to support the Spa Owners in executing the day-to-day operations along with specific assigned responsibilities.

Responsibilities and Duties
Major responsibilities include (but will not be limited to):
  • Immediate Supervisor to Lead Massage Therapist(s), Lead Esthetician(s), and Sales Associate(s).
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service to Members/ Guests
  • Oversee and Manage the Daily Operations of the Spa
  • Oversee All Customer Service Challenges
  • Motivate Massage Therapist and Esthetician Sales & Growth
  • Meet team membership/gift card sales goals
  • Recruitment of Sales Associates
  • Communicate sales promotions and service options with clients
  • Social media responsibilities
  • Schedule/Confirm appointments and balance the daily appointment book
  • Focus Heavily on Analyzing and Maximizing the Appointment Book
  • Oversee All Client Surveys and Ensure Feedback is Given to All Employees
  • Ordering Service Supplies & Equipment
  • Inventory Routine Counts and Inventory Organization
  • Handle Service Provider Paycheck Disputes, Scheduling Conflicts, Call Outs, Documents, etc.
  • Recruiting, Hiring, Training, Scheduling, Performance Reviews, Documentation, & Meetings of All Massage Therapists & Estheticians
  • Participate In Training Programs, Conferences, and Other Aspects of Professional Development
  • Handles all Compliance Requirements - Corporate, City, County, and State
  • Onboards all Employees including all Documentation, Communication and Requirements
  • Complete Any Additional Administrative Tasks
  • Community Outreach 1 per month
  • Uphold store cleanliness standards in the entire spa
  • Computer data entry
  • Oversee training of staff
  • Create and aid in implementation of sales goals for staff
Qualifications and Skills
PREFERABLE QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years in sales
3+ years management experience
Experience using Zenoti software
Must have your own reliable transportation to and from the Singh Spas location

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Goal-oriented, with the ambition to obtain top-management level
Sales experience with proven results; membership sales is a plus
Capability to work flexible hours, specifically nights, weekends (Sundays or Saturdays), and holidays
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A fast learner, with a positive attitude; remain calm in fast pace environment
Computer proficiency; knowledge of retail/appointment booking computer systems is a plus
A strong team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
Exceptional with organizing and prioritizing; attention to detail and multi-tasking
Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution
