Job Description

At Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort, the Spa Attendant plays a key role in creating a serene and inviting atmosphere by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the Spa and Fitness Center. You'll also deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring every visitor feels relaxed, comfortable, and cared for during their wellness experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare treatment rooms and spa areas for guest arrivals by cleaning, sanitizing, restocking supplies, and replacing linens

Warmly greet guests and members, offering information and directions as needed

Guide guests on where to change and prepare for their treatments and experiences

Keep locker rooms, including showers and vanities, clean, safe, and sanitary

Maintain guest lounge and deck areas in pristine condition

Support cleanliness and upkeep of the spa caf outlet as needed

Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guest lockers

Assist with regular product inventory counts

Lead informative tours of the spa and its facilities

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old

Able to lift, carry, and hold weights between 31-40 pounds

Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, mornings, and evening shifts
