Position Overview: As a Sous Chef, you’ll help lead daily operations and uphold the kitchen’s commitment to excellence—from execution and pacing to team development and ingredient integrity. We are looking for someone who thrives in a high-standard environment, with a passion for refined technique and a sharp eye for detail.
