We are looking for a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of high-quality desserts and baked goods, including cakes, pastries, tarts, custards, mousses, and specialty confections. You will take a creative approach to dessert presentation and work closely with the Executive Chef to develop seasonal menus, signature items, and offerings for special events. Maintaining consistency, quality, and visual appeal is essential, as is ensuring that all items meet our standards for taste and appearance.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in a high-volume kitchen or bakery, strong technical knowledge of pastry arts, and a deep understanding of ingredients, techniques, and food safety practices. You should be highly organized, able to manage inventory and supplies efficiently.
