Job Overview: Our client, an established and rapidly growing, $50M renewable energy provider, is looking to bring on a Solar Operations Manager to spearhead the company's solar operations and drive growth across the business. This hire will be a key leader within their solar division. This Solar Operations Manager role is a full-time, permanent position with our client.
Job Responsibilities: Manage and oversee field support, design & engineering, project management, and account management departments and personnel Ensure project milestones are hit by or before deadlines Work cross-functionally with teams to make sure everyone is on the same page throughout the life cycle of each project Push projects through to construction as efficiently and quickly as possible
Successful Candidates Must Have: At least 4 years of overall solar industry experience At least 2 years of solar operations management experience Previous experience reviewing, understanding, and providing feedback on solar or electrical plansets Previous experience managing solar projects, including permitting and interconnection submissions A bachelor's degree in business operations is preferred but not required
