The AI Infrastructure Organization at Meta is seeking a technical leader to support and grow a team of Machine Learning and Software Engineers while developing the technical vision and long-term strategy for the organization. Responsibilities: • Support and grow a team of Machine Learning and Software Engineers • Develop technical vision, long-term strategy and set direction for the team and the organization • Drive execution of developing components and systems that are crucial to the end user experience • Present the team's work and plans • Communicate, collaborate, and build relationships with cross-functional partners and peer teams to facilitate large-scale projects Qualifications: Required: • Experience and track of record in building products in a time-sensitive environment • 3+ years of hands on experience in ML/AI space and shipping AI solutions to end users • 2+ years of hands on supporting and leading teams • Experience with cross functional collaboration with product and platform teams, as well as non-engineering functions • Demonstrated experience recruiting, building, structuring, leading technical organizations, including performance management Preferred: • Experience with model training/inference • Experience with large scale training • Experience with Post Training/Fine-tuning • Experience with AI agent development Company: Meta is a social technology company that enables people to connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
