Position Responsibilities: Engage in testing complex, large-scale systems while driving processes to minimize test automation maintenance and streamline quality assurance. Design, implement, document, and maintain test automation programs for distributed software systems using Java or C++. Create innovative software tools for build verification and regression testing. Automate test cases to thoroughly validate sophisticated software systems through white box and black box testing. Contribute throughout the product development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design reviews, and code reviews. Conduct regular regression tests to uphold performance standards of production systems. Collaborate closely with software engineers to address technical issues in the development of large-scale systems. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members. Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, along with one year of relevant experience. Alternatively, three years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. One year of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, documenting, and maintaining test automation programs for large-scale, distributed software systems using Java, C++, or SQL.
