We are currently seeking a full time Social Media Specialist for our West Jordan, UT Location.


We're looking for a creative, strategic, and highly organized Social Media Specialist to elevate our digital presence and connect with our growing education community online. As our Social Media Specialist, you’ll be the voice of Audio Enhancement across platforms, responsible for creating content with the marketing team, building engagement, and helping grow a consistent brand presence. You’ll collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life and tell stories that inspire educators.


Duties Include:

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop on-brand visuals, reels, and stories.
  • Monitor social channels daily, engage with followers, and respond to comments/messages.
  • Build and manage a monthly social media calendar aligned with marketing initiatives.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, reporting on reach, engagement, and trends.
  • Support campaign launches, tradeshows, product rollouts, and education initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, social trends, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management (brand or agency side).
  • Strong understanding of platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a knack for clear, compelling messaging.
  • Eye for design and ability to collaborate on visual content (graphics, videos, reels).
  • Creativity, strategic, and highly organized.
  • Experience with social scheduling tools.
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly wage is negotiable based on skill level and experience.
