We serve a growing community of modern women and moms who value both fashion and functionality — from the dance studio to daily life. Our marketing team is a small, fast-paced, and highly-collaborative team focused on storytelling, community-building, and performance-driven marketing. We’re currently hiring an Influencer Marketing Specialist and a Social Media Marketing Specialist to help expand Stelle’s brand awareness and impact within the women’s and kids’ apparel space. *Both positions are on-site in our Hayward, CA office. Responsibilities As the Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will: Own Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a cohesive social media content strategy that builds brand awareness, thought leadership, and engagement, and follower growth. Content planning: Curate social media calendar across platforms, with initial focus on Stelle’s Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok for adult/kid apparel line. Content Creation: Produce high-quality, creative, on-brand content including posts, Reels, and social campaigns. Stay ahead of social trends, fashion trends, and platform updates to ensure content is engaging and relevant. Cultivate community relationships: Encourage conversation and interaction through Instagram Instagram post, Stories, Broadcast Channel, or explore new opportunities to drive organic engagement and conversion Manage Collaborations: Work closely with our partnered creators, influencers, brand partners from campaign ideation, communication, coordinating, and publishing. Performance analysis & Optimization: Leverage analytics, insights, and social trends to guide content decisions. Continuously refine strategy and creatives based on data-driven insights. (Optional) Be a brand advocate yourself for Stelle and actively engage across social channels and participate in conversations and help build an authentic, loyal community. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing or social media role, either in-house or at a creative agency. Experience with fashion or e-commerce brands is a plus but not required. Proven track record of managing and growing social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, Facebook. Experience with YouTube long form content is a plus. Proficient in design and video editing tools such as Canva or similar platforms for creating visually engaging content. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data from platforms like Meta Ads Manager; able to draw insights and apply learnings to optimize content and campaign strategies continuously Copywriting skills with a keen eye for brand tone, message clarity, and platform-appropriate voice. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment Passionate about women’s and kids’ apparel and the fashion e-commerce space Experience working with user-generated(UGC) creators or influencers is preferred. Bilingual Chinese is preferred .
