Location: Washington, DC Area

Pay Rate: $40$55+ per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time, MondayFriday

Contract: Full 20252026 School Year

What Youll Do

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement IEP-driven therapy plans
• Provide direct therapy (individual and group) to K12 students
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support teams to promote language development
• Track progress and adjust interventions based on data
• Attend and contribute to IEP and team meetings
• Maintain compliance with all state and district documentation standards

What You Bring

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
• Active or eligible DC SLP license (required)
• ASHA CCCs (preferred, but CFs are welcome to apply)
• School-based or pediatric experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
