Drive the resolution process end-to-end by handshaking with respective technology partners, ensuring accountability and clear progress towards closure. Provide periodic and structured updates on the status of issues to leadership and all relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. Coordinate across multiple teams and functions to facilitate solutions, remove roadblocks, and ensure timely incident resolution. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying root causes and working with teams to prevent recurrence of critical issues. Need candidates who have at least 4+ years of experience in Java and open-source technologies. Problem-solving skills with a mindset for designing reliable, long-living solutions. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and quality assurance professionals.
