In D.C., the expected pay range for a new Shopkeeper is $55,200- $64,200 per year, depending on prior experience, applicable skills and other factors. We view ice creams as a form of art. A Jeni's Shopkeeper is the general manager of their scoop shop, and is responsible for all day-to-day operations. They play a key leadership role in our growing company, leading a team of 10-30 with a constant focus on providing the world's best ice cream and world-class customer service. This person has hustle, scrappiness, and passion for achieving results. The ideal Shopkeeper is self-motivated, team-focused, has exceptional judgement and brings a positive, upbeat energy to everything they do.
