The Autonomous Vehicle Shop Foreman oversees the repair and servicing of all vehicles in the autonomous vehicle service department. The Fleet Service Shop Foreman is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the flow of service work, ensuring quality repairs are completed in a timely manner. Responsibilities: Assist technicians with diagnosing and repairing vehicles Review diagnostic results before major repairs Meet regularly with the Fleet Service Manager and Team Leaders to report on shop production Ensure production standards are met Maintain professional communication with technicians Follow warranty procedures Administer safety and housekeeping policies Review repair orders for completeness and quality Spot-check repairs for quality assurance Follow all relevant safety and environmental regulations Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Ability to read and understand instructions At least two years of experience in an automotive repair facility ASE certification (preferred) Mechanical skills Excellent communication skills Valid driver's license and ability to operate an automobile Pay Range: $48.00 to $57.00 per hour Benefits and Perks: Competitive pay and 401k matching Health, dental, and vision insurance; maternity benefits Employee discounts on vehicles, services, parts, and accessories Access to exclusive deals through YouDecide Participation in the DRVPNK initiative supporting cancer research AutoNation values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
