The Perks & Pay
- Starting Pay: $16.00 (DOE) Paid Weekly!

The Role: Final Quality & Logistics
As a Shipping & Fulfillment Specialist, you are the final quality gatekeeper. You ensure that every precision part is verified, protected, and documented perfectly before it leaves our facility.
Your Daily Impact:
- Order Verification: Accurately pick and audit high-precision tools, matching part numbers and geometries to customer orders.
- Precision Packaging: Securely package delicate carbide and steel tools to prevent damage during transit.
- Logistics Management: Utilize shipping software (UPS, FedEx, ERP) to generate labels and coordinate domestic and international shipments.
- Inventory Accuracy: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, assisting with stock counts.
What You Bring to the Table
- Extreme Attention to Detail: You can spot the difference between similar-looking parts and take pride in 100% accuracy.
- Reliability: A solid, consistent work history is required. We are looking for long-term team members.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computers, scanning equipment, and shipping databases.
- Physical Stamina: Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Requirements: An updated resume; ability to pass a 7-year background check and drug screen.
