Job Overview Ray Palmer Associates is seeking an experienced SService Foreman - Commercial Pool Systems (CPO Required) to maintain and repair large-scale aquatic systems for municipal pools, universities, athletic facilities, swim clubs, and other premier commercial sites. This is not a residential pool role-you'll be working on high-capacity filtration systems, large-diameter piping, chemical automation, commercial boilers/heaters, and sauna/steam room equipment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with extensive technical expertise, the ability to lead junior technicians, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities- Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial-grade aquatic equipment.- Maintain water quality, perform advanced testing, and ensure regulatory compliance.- Diagnose and repair large-scale filtration systems, pumps, heaters, and chemical automation equipment.- Work independently on multiple service calls, maintaining direct communication with facility managers.- Lead and mentor junior technicians while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.- Maintain accurate service documentation and digital records.- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure client satisfaction and project efficiency.

Qualifications- 5+ years of commercial pool service experience.- In-depth knowledge of large aquatic facility systems, including filtration, piping, and chemical automation.- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required; additional technical certifications preferred.- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.- Ability to travel throughout NJ, NYC, and Eastern PA.- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Schedule- Full-time, Monday to Friday. Overtime available based on project demands.
