*Responsibilities* * Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, application, and hardware issues * Provide timely resolution or escalation to ensure user satisfaction * Support PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals * Assist users with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, VPN, Citrix, ERP/CRM, and MDM tools * Perform account management tasks (password resets, access changes, permissions) * Document issues and resolutions using ticketing systems and knowledge base articles * Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service-level guidelines * Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users
*Required Skills & Experience* * 2-3+ years of help desk/service desk experience in an enterprise environment * Experience providing phone and chat support (must be comfortable handling both) * Ability to handle 30-40 calls per day * Ability to manage 2-3 concurrent chat sessions * Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, Cherwell, or similar) * Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 * Experience with SCCM, Active Directory, VPN, and remote support tools * Strong written and verbal communication skills *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.25/hr.
