Due to growth and promotions, we are currently seeking a Service Department Support Specialist to help with the day-to-day operations of our Service Department. This is a true entry-level position to work toward a SIX FIGURE career in the automotive industry

Responsibilities

Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service

Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers

Move customer vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility

Maintain an orderly service parking area, lot and vehicle display, car preparation, shop, and showroom appearance

Handle inbound and outbound service calls and schedule service appointments

Work in conjunction with the BDC, Service and Parts Managers, and Service Advisors to create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers

Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

NO AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Organized and friendly personality

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
