We are seeking an enthusiastic bartender to provide excellent customer service and an amazing guest experience at our craft cocktail bar which is in and upscale casual dining environment. Qualified candidates should have a strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails and possess the technical skills to properly execute them. Ideal candidates will have a charismatic personality, a strong desire to positively impact every guest’s experience, and willingness learn & contribute to a team of forward-thinking bartenders. This will be a technical, fast-paced bar program in which all bartenders will be required to contribute to prep work and will encourage to develop new techniques and drink recipes

- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons

- Interact with customers to improve their overall dining and drinking experience

- Have strong knowledge of food and drink menu and all products that will be served

- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations

- Posses strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails a proper execution

- Maintain a meticulously clean and well stocked bar

- Comply with all food and beverage regulations

- Contribute to weekly prep work

- Fulfill weekly cleaning requirements

- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

- 2 years of working in a craft cocktail environment

- Experience working with a technical bar program

- A strong desire to learn and progress as a bartender

- Good team player that will contribute to positive work culture
