Hansel Honda is looking a full-time Service Advisor to join our Petaluma team!!
Pay Range
Depending on job performance, the Service Advisor compensation ranges from $35,500.00 to $150,000 +.

Responsibilities and Duties
* Greet our customers with a smile as they arrive * Complete all service documents * Represent and sell recommended maintenance and repair work * Follow-up with each customer on declined work * Effectively manage activity in the service lane * Maintain ongoing conversations with extended warranty providers
Qualifications and Skills
* Dealership service writing experience is a huge plus!! * Professional appearance * Strong communication skills * Able to sell/recommend service * Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record * Must be reliable and punctual * Pass a drug test * Pass a criminal background screening
Pay Defined: The Service Advisor position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $17.97, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
