Breakfast Club in Steubenville, OH, is looking for 3 smiling faces for the FOH position (Server) to join our 8-person strong team. We are in Hollywood City Center Shopping Mall (108 S Hollywood Blvd Steubenville, OH 43952).

Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable. We are willing to accept less experience from someone who is a pleasure to work with and ready to be trained.

Some of the Responsibilities

• Presenting the menu and helping customers select food
• Delivering food to tables
• Providing a great customer experience
• Setting the table
• Answering the phones and book reservations
• Greeting customers and making them feel welcome
• Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff. Most training is done on the job, including proper food handling and safety training. Run silverware/cups/glasses for FOH during slow times if needed.

JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Ability to multitask efficiently
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Strong organizational and motivational skills
• Experience as a Server, Waitress, or Waiter a plus
• Customer Service: A friendly, relaxing demeanor, courteousness and quick service.
• Stamina: Long, busy days on your feet are the trademark of a server job.
• Teamwork: Servers are part of a team. You will be working with other servers, busboy,s and cooks to make a great dining experience. Being a team player is essential.
